Tarlac is a landlocked province located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The capital city is likewise named Tarlac. It is an agricultural province, the principal produce being rice and sugarcane. The biggest producer is Hacienda Luisita, owned by the influential Cojuangco family. Interesting places to visit are:  Mt.
