Muntinlupa City is a
highly urbanized city in the National Capital
Region. With a population of approximately 550,000
people. It is celebrated for its green spaces and
parks, earning its nickname “Emerald City” due to
the abundant greenery that stands out in the metro
landscape. Muntinlupa is bordered by several cities
and Laguna de Bay, the largest lake in the country,
to the east. It features prominent business
districts like Filinvest City and Ayala Alabang, and
is also home to the New Bilibid Prison, the largest
correctional facility in the Philippines. The city’s
