Pasig
City is one of the component cities comprising Metro
Manila. It was formerly the capital of Rizal
province. Located on the eastern side of the metro,
Pasig host one of Manila's financial centers -the
Ortigas Center. Visitors and tourist will have no
problem finding things to do and go in the city.
Numerous malls, restaurants, bars, night clubs,
cafes, sports and recreational facilities can be
found within its borders.
Pateros is the only municipality in Metro Manila and
the smallest in land area with a little more than 2
square kilometers. The town is known for duck
raising and is the primary source of the Filipino
delicacy, Balut (boiled fertilized duck embryo in
shell) and salted red eggs. |
