Isabela is a province located in the Cagayan Valley
Region in Northeastern Luzon. Its capital is Ilagan.
It is considered the rice and corn granary of Luzon.
Interesting places for travelers to see are: the
Aguinaldo Shrine, Honeymoon Island, the world's
largest Butaka, Waterworld Grand Resort, Maconacon
Falls, Sta. Victoria Caves, Parish of St. Mathias
and many natural and man made attractions. And if you can, attend the colorful Bambanti (scarecrow) Festival in May.
It is one of the more unique festivals in the
